What You're Going to Need!

- St. Germain - this sweet elderflower liquor adds the right amount of sweetness.
- Dry white wine - we used trader joes pinot grigio (less expensive wine is perfect for mixing in a cocktail) but Sauvignon Blanc would work just as well.
- Sparkling water - we used Pellegrino; however, any unflavored sparkling water will work.
- Lime juice - fresh lime juice makes all of the difference in flavor.
- Thai basil - we are in love with the fresh and sweet flavors this delightful herb adds to this cocktail, but Italian basil would substitute nicely.
