Method
- Add the St. Germain, Thai basil and the fresh lime juice to a cocktail shaker or cocktail mixing glass.
- Chill your cocktail glass and fill it halfway with fresh ice.
- Using a cocktail muddler crush the Thai basil with the lime juice and St. Germain.
- Add the dry white wine to the cocktail shaker and stir to combine. Place the strainer onto the cocktail shaker and pour the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass over ice.
- Top with sparkling water, stir to combine the flavors and garnish with a sprig of Thai basil (or Italian basil) and a slice of lime.
