Method
- Gather and measure all ingredients.
- Heat a small saucepan over medium low heat.
- Add the oil to the pan, followed by the onion and garlic once hot.
- Sauté until lightly softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer.
- Allow to simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Blend until smooth with an immersion blender.
