Let’s get started!
First we start by making the brioche dough and placing it in the refrigerator overnight
Roll the cold brioche dough to about a 1/4 inch thick
Filling, Cutting & Baking the Rolls
Cut the dough into a rectangle, and layer the butter, cinnamon sugar, and blueberry filling.
Roll up the dough and filling into a log and slice it into 8 pieces. Place the rolls in a parchment lined pan and they are ready to bake!
Bake the rolls!
Bake the rolls in a preheated 350*F oven for 30 minutes.
